Good news and bad news

Ok the good news is that Arel is Back in. But not tonight. The bad news is I actually feel worse after my nap rather than better so I'm out for the night too. Poo. :(
I teach Wednesday nights so tomorrow's probably out too. If I'm feeling miraculously better when I get home I'll poke my head in and see what's up, but seemly unlikely.
