Ouch. I didn't know about this, and it sucks. I haven't been trying to get people to leave LJ for Dreamwidth, but it's something LJ users should know about.

I have spare codes, if anyone does want one.

It got fixed BTW. I expected it to be fixed, but the fact that it broke in production is indicative of the general degradation of software engineering quality on the LJ codebase.
