This is how a costumer fundraises for Haiti - so gorgeous.
Watch the video, she shows off an amazing gown she made with leaves sewn into it... and the peacock dress she'll make if she raises her target for Haiti.
May I add, oh gawd, I love Dreamwidth but why oh why are we still trying to use shitty old code which makes it difficult or impossible to do incredibly basically stuff like embedding YouTube videos? Grrr!

I use NoScript, but far too many people accidentally embedd auto-play videos. And in any case if they are embedded I always open a new window anyway so the video doesn't do anything silly like re-set when I hit reload.
In any case, all I can see is a large space where the video should be and a URL. I don't think it worked, but I appear to be blocking something called 'Dreamwidth.net', and that might explain it.

Date: 2011-03-24 04:23 am (UTC)And the "why oh why" etc is because Dreamwidth is a largely volunteer project, whose volunteers happen to be working on other things at present or whatever. But I've heard they're really friendly and helpful to new developers who have an itch to scratch ;)
